  • Break down the petals.

  • 2L Water
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Cups Broken Hibiscus Petals
  • 1/2 Kg Sugar OR As Per Taste
  • 2 Tbsp Milk


Step 1
Make a sugar syrup by dissolving the sugar in water until it boils.
Step 2
Add in the milk and cool till some residue an be seen on the sides which must be skimmed off.
Step 3
Add in the lemon juice and cook until you get one thread consistency.
Step 4
Once done, turn off the heat and then mix in the flowers and cover with a lid immediately.
Step 5
Leave it overnight and the next day, strain and store the solution in bottles.
