  • To begin, take fresh fruits of your choice. Wash them well before chopping them into little pieces.
  • Then, chop the mint leaves.
  • In a pan, dry roast cumin seeds and powder for a few minutes.
  • After that, pour yoghurt into a large mixing bowl.
  • Add freshly crushed black pepper, salt, cumin powder, and fresh cream to the bowl.
  • Whisk everything well until the curd mixture becomes creamy.
  • Then, add all of the diced fruits and mint leaves

  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 1.5 cup fresh fruit of choice
  • 2 tsp chopped mint leaves
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp crushed black pepper
