Ingredients

  • 2 Medium Potatoes
  • 3/4 Cup Sweet Corn Kernels
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • 2 Tsp Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Red Chilli Powder
  • 3/4 Tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1/3 Tsp Salt
  • 3/4 Tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil

Instructions

Step 1
Start by boiling the potatoes until they are mushy. Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl.
Step 2
Add sweet corn, red chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala, green chillies, ginger, salt, bread crumbs and coriander leaves. Mix well to bind the mixture and make a dough.
Step 3
Take small portions of the dough and make balls. Then, flatten those balls.
Step 4
Heat some oil in a pan. Now, toast the patties in the pan until golden brown from both sides.
Step 5
Your corn cutlets are now ready to be served with your choice of dip.
