We all love cookies but have you heard of a large cake-sized cookie that you can enjoy with your family like a cake? If not then here's an easy recipe to make a skillet cookie, take a look.

  • Start by preheating your oven at 350 degrees Celcius. Then take a cast-iron skillet and spray over some cooking spray.
  • Next, take a bowl and add softened butter and sugar to it. And with the help of a hand mixer, cream it and make it fluffy and soft. 
  • Then fold in the egg and vanilla extract and beat again.
  • Gradually add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until all the ingredients are combined. Then lastly add the choco chips. 
  • Spread this dough evenly in the cast iron skillet. 
  • Scatter the leftover choco chips over the dough and bake for 25 minutes until perfectly golden brown.
  • Once done garnish your skillet cookie with caramel sauce, vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup and serve

  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Packed Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 3/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 1/4 Cups chocolate Chips
  • Pinch Of Flaky Sea Salt
  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Caramel Sauce
  • Chocolate Syrup

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray an iron skillet with cooking spray.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl beat together butter and sugar, then add egg and vanilla and finally fold in the flour, baking soda and salt and beat to get a fluffy batter.
Step 3
Sprinkle the chocolate cookies on the dough and bake for 25 minutes.
