Ingredients
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/4 cup dessicated coconut
- Handful of chopped nuts
- Sugar (as required)

- Step 1
- To make these delicious ladoo, begin with heating ghee in a pan. Once it is heated, add grated carrots in it and saute for 4-5 minutes.
- Step 2
- Once it starts changing its colour to light orange, add desiccated coconut, cardamom powder and sugar to it. Mix well and let it cook for about 5-6 minutes.
- Step 3
- Once it turns dark red in colour, remove the pan from heat and divide the mixture into equal portions.
- Step 4
- Shape each portion in the shape of round ladoos. Garnish with chopped nuts and enjoy!
