Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup dessicated coconut
  • Handful of chopped nuts
  • Sugar (as required)

Instructions

Step 1
To make these delicious ladoo, begin with heating ghee in a pan. Once it is heated, add grated carrots in it and saute for 4-5 minutes.
Step 2
Once it starts changing its colour to light orange, add desiccated coconut, cardamom powder and sugar to it. Mix well and let it cook for about 5-6 minutes.
Step 3
Once it turns dark red in colour, remove the pan from heat and divide the mixture into equal portions.
