Ingredients
- 100 Grams Baby Corn
- ½ Cup Cornflour
- ½ Cup Maida
- 100 ML Water
- Red Chilli Powder
- Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
- Salt To Taste
- Oil For Frying
Step
- Step 1 :
Add salt and red chilli powder to the water.
- Step 2 :
Boil the baby corn in this water.
- Step 3 :
Now, take a large bowl. Add maida, cornflour, salt, pepper, red chilli powder and water. Mix it well to make a batter.
- Step 4 :
In another bowl, take the boiled baby corn. Add salt, chilli powder and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Step 5 :
Dip the seasoned baby corn in the batter and keep it aside.
- Step 6 :
Now, heat some oil in a pan and add the baby corn. Fry them until golden brown.
- Step 7 :
Baby corn pakoras or fritters are now ready to be served.
