Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Moong Dal
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Mawa
  • 3/4 Cup Ghee
  • 1 Tbsp Almonds
  • 1 Tbsp Pistachios
  • 1 Tbsp Raisins

Instructions

Step 1
Wash moong dal and soak for 3 hours.
Step 2
Next, strain dal and grind the mixture in grinder.

In a pan, add ghee and add dal paste to it.
Step 4
Keep stirring the mix till the dal changes colour.

In another pan, add mawa and roast on low flame. Add moong dal paste to it.

Add water and sugar in a pan and boil to make sugar syrup.

Pour this sugar syrup to the pan dal mix and stir.
Step 8
Take a tray or plate and grease with ghee. Pour dal mixture and spread evenly.

Top with chopped almonds, pistachios and raisins.
