Ingredients

  • 6-8 brown bread slices
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 thinly sliced onion
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons mint chutney
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions

Step 1
Begin by boiling your eggs. Remove the shell, cut in smaller pieces and keep it aside.
Step 2
Take a pan, heat the oil. Add cumin and fennel seeds.
Step 3
Then add the sliced onion, a pinch of salt, ginger garlic paste and fry it for a minute.
Step 4
Add chopped tomato and cook it for another minute or two.
Step 5
Now add all your spices and the eggs. Gently mix it well to blend everything together.
Step 6
Add in the chopped coriander leaves and put the pan off the flame.
Step 7
Let it cool down to room temperature.
Step 8
Now take the bread slice and apply mint chutney on one side, keep in on a sandwich maker.
Step 9
On top of the chutney place 1 tablespoon masala egg. Cover it with another slice.

Brush the top of the bread with butter and cook in sandwich maker for 2-3 minutes.
