Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 Chopped Onion
  • Grated Ginger
  • Carrot
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 2 Teaspoon Refined Oil
  • 1 Cup Dosa Batter
  • Salt As Per Taste

Instructions

Step 1
Put a non-stick pan on the stove and grease it with butter or oil, let it heat on low flame.
Step 2
Pour one full ladder of the dosa batter on the pan and spread it in a circular motion.
Step 3
Once the batter is partially cooked, break an egg at the center of the dosa and spread evenly.
Step 4
Spread the chopped veggies equally on the dosa on top of the egg base.
Step 5
Pour some oil at the edges of the dosa to prevent it from burning.
Step 6
Flip the dosa to cook on the other side and gently press it using a spoon.
Step 7
Cook Till The Dosa turns crispy and veggies are partially cooked.
Step 8
Transfer the dosa to a plate and serve it with green chutney.
