Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Ragi atta
  • 2 tbsp whole wheat atta
  • 1 tbsp grounded oats
  • Sugar as per your taste
  • A few tablespoons of milk
  • Rice bran oil per malpua
  • 2 tbsp grated coconut
  • 2 tsp melon seeds
  • 2 tsp green cardamom
  • 2 tsp honey
  • Pomegranates to garnish
  • Few crushed pistachios

Instructions

Step 1
To prepare this delightful dessert, start off by mixing grated coconut, eliachi, honey, and crushed pistachios. Keep it aside.
Step 2
Now, take another bowl and add the ragi atta, whole wheat atta and grounded oats in it along with a few tbsps of milk. Whisk it.

Next, add grounded sugar and whisk again.

Now, take rice bran oil in a heated pan. With a ladle, pour malpua batter at the center and spread it to make a circle. Cook until it turns golden brown, it will take approximately one minute.

Flip the malpua and cook it for another minute. Don’t overcook them to a crisp, they should be soft. Repeat this procedure with the remaining batter.
