200 gm paneer (chopped in cube size)
1/2 cup gram flour
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
3 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1. Add paneer to a medium-sized bowl and add red chilli powder, chaat masala and garam masala. To properly coat the paneer, give it a good toss.
2. Now take another bowl, and add gram flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, green chillies, soda and salt for taste.
3. Mix them together by adding water and make a thick batter of it.
4. Now heat a pan and add oil to it.
5. Dip the paneer in the gram flour batter and deep-fry till golden.
6. Serve it with chutney and sauce.

1 cup chana dal
2 tsp fennel seeds
5-6 curry leaves
1 tsp red chilli powder
1-inch ginger
2 onions (chopped)
5-6 garlic
3-4 chopped green chillies
1-2 tbsp oil
1. Soak the chana dal for two to three hours and drain it. Make a coarse purée out of this by adding it to a blender. Be careful not to turn it into a paste.
2. Without adding water, grind ginger, garlic, and fennel seeds into a coarse paste. Add this to the same dal puree.
3. Now stir in the salt, onions, curry leaves, and red chilli powder.
4. Now heat in a frying pan, heat some oil and take a tiny piece of the mixture and flatten it and carefully leave it in the oil.
5. Fry this until golden brown in heated oil.
6. Serve it hot with a cup of tea and sauce.

3-4 potatoes
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
2 chopped green chilli
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt

1. First boil the potatoes. After it's done, peel it and dice the potato into small finger-sized pieces.
2. Then heat some oil in a frying pan and fry them under a medium flame until it turns golden brown.
