How To Make Chana Chaat?
- Soak 3-4 cup chana overnight.
- Boil it in salted water the next day.
- Take chana in a bowl. Add 1/2 cup each chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped potato, chopped cucumber, chopped capsicum and coriander leaves. You can also add green chilly for flavour (optional).
- Season with salt and pepper to taste on top.
- Then mix 1 tablespoon green chutney and 2 teaspoons tamarind chutney in a mixing bowl. Then stir in 1-2 tablespoons of strained curd. mix them well.
- Delicious chana chaat is ready to eat.
