Lately, I have started to have smoothies for breakfast and can say that there is nothing really like it. You just need milk, yogurt, frozen fruits of your choice, and some additional toppings as per your preference. 

Smoothies are thicker, creamier than regular milkshakes. They keep you full for a longer period of time. If you are someone who is always on the go, smoothies will make the best breakfast for you. 

How To Make Banana Smoothie?

  • In a blender, add frozen banana slices, greek yogurt. 
  • Add in milk and vanilla extract. 
  • Add in sugar as per taste if you want your smoothie to be extra sweet. To make your smoothie healthier, you can use sweetening options like honey.
  • Add more milk to blender if required. Blend. 
  • Pour in a glass and enjoy!

  • 1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Sugar/Honey (Optional)
