  • 2 Cups Boiled White Chana
  • 1/2 Cup Boiled And Diced Potato
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Tomato
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Pomegranate Seeds
  • 4 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 Cup Beaten Curd
  • Green Chutney As Per Taste
  • Tamarind Chrney As Per Taste
  • 1/2 Cup Sev
  • Red Chilli Powder As Per Taste
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Salt
  • Chaat Masala As Per Taste


Step 1
In a bowl, add the boiled chana or chickpeas, red chilli powder, chaat masala, back salt, roasted cumin powder, black pepper powder and mix.
Step 2
Next, add the green and tamarind chutney, tomato, onion and the potatoes. Give it a thorough mix.
Step 3
Drizzle the curd as per taste over the chaat.
Step 4
Sprinkle the sev, coriander leaves and the pomegranate seeds on top and your dish is ready!
