If you are someone who loves samosas then here is a really cool and unique recipe that you should definitely try. Not only is it easy to make but also has duck packed inside the crispy layers of pastry. So, let's try this dish and see for ourselves how amazing it truly is.

  • Take the spices and whizz them together nicely.
  • After that, rub the spice mix all over the duck legs and put it into a sealable bag to refrigerate overnight.
  • The next day, rinse the duck legs and pack them inside a casserole, covering them with chicken stock completely.
  • Cook the duck for 1 1/2 half hour, this will make it tender enough to make it fall off the bone easily.
  • Simply discard the skin, bones and shred the meat and let the leftover liquid cool until a layer of fat is developed over it.
  • After doing that,  take some oil in a pan and fry the onions, soured cherries, pine nuts to it, then add the duck meat and mint.
  • Heat the oven to 200°C.  Then take one pastry sheet and brush some oil over it.  Cut the strip into three equal parts lengthwise.  Put the filling over the sheets and fold them into triangles.
  • After that, brush some oil over them again and then bake them for 30 minutes.
  • Serve with coriander chutney and you'll be good to go!
