Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Refined Flour Or Maida
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1/2 Cup Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • Honey Or Chocolate Syrup
  • Fruits Of Choice

Instructions

Step 1
In a big bowl, add all the ingredients and using a whisk, stir it continuously.
Step 2
If the batter feels too thick then add little water to it.
Step 3
On a non stick pan, spread some butter and then pour the pancake batter.
Step 4
Cook the pancakes from both the sides till golden and crisp.
