Pancakes are a favourite breakfast choice for a lot of people, be it young or old. To make it a healthier breakfast choice, you can switch to Dalia as your choice of base product and serve a tempting set of pancakes to your loved ones and enjoy it steaming hot! 

Step-By-Step Guide- 

  • In a mixing bowl, add Dalia/Fine Broken Wheat and curd. Mix well and add a little water if required. Cover and keep for 4 hours.
  • Blend it in a mixer. Then add all the other ingredients. Add water to make a batter of flowing consistency.
  • Heat a non-stick pan, pour some batter, and spread it.
  • Cook it from both sides by applying some oil. Once it turns crispy from both sides, take it out on a plate.

Yummy 'Dalia Pancakes' is ready to be served. Serve hot with tomato ketchup on the side.

Ingredients

  • Dalia/Fine Broken wheat - 1/2 Cup
  • Curd - 1/2 Cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - 2 tablespoon for roasting
  • Ginger-Green chilli paste - 2 Teaspoon
  • Carrot - 2 Tablespoon grated
  • Coriander leaves - 2 Tablespoon chopped
  • Bottle gourd/Lauki - 2 Tablespoon grated
  • Water - as per required

Instructions

Step 1
