Ingredients

  • 8-10 break pieces
  • 2-3 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream. ½ cup sugar. 2 tablespoons corn starch
  • a pinch of saffron
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 2-3 sliced almonds
  • ½ teaspoon sliced pistachios

Instructions

Step 1
Begin by mixing your ingredients in a pot. Add milk, heavy cream, corn starch, sugar, cardamom powder and saffron.

Mix well to make sure that there are no lumps in the batter.

Place a pan on the stove and turn on the heat to medium. Add your mixture and keep stirring until the mixture thickens.

Once the consistency is thick, cook it for another minute or two.

Meanwhile, also add almonds and then turn off the heat.

Butter your bread and cook it for a minute on both sides.
