How To Make Cucumber Paratha?
- Peel cucumber and grate. Keep it aside.
- In a large bowl, add some wheat flour, and grated cucumber.
- Sprinkle salt, asafoetida, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, and coriander leaves.
- Start kneading a dough.
- If required, add some water.
- Keep this dough to rest for 15 minutes.
- Take a portion from the dough and roll out a paratha.
- On a hot tawa, place the paratha and cook on both sides.
- Apply ghee as required.
- Serve hot with butter or curd.

- 2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
