  • 1 cup roasted semolina (suji)
  • ½ cup curd
  • 2 boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 2 finely chopped chillies
  • 2 tbsp coriander
  • ½ tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • ½ tsp jeera powder
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup corn flour
  • oil for shallow frying


Step 1
In a bowl, add suji and curd together.
Step 2
Mix everything together, until it forms a non-lumpy batter.
Step 3
Let it sit for 5 minutes and later add mashed potatoes.

Add all the spices, such as salt, pepper, jeera powder, chaat masala and ginger garlic paste.

Now, add the coriander and mix everything. Knead it to form a dough.

Take big balls from the dough and roll them to prepare thick sheets.

Now cut circular pieces from the dough and cut smaller holes in the middle of them.

You’ll get small donut-like shapes after cutting the rings.

Now heat a pan and shallow fry all the rings. Once golden brown, your crispy potato rings are ready to be served.
