Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp chat masala

Instructions

Step 1
Wash potatoes and peel them.
Step 2
Cut them into thin slices and transfer to a bowl.
Step 3
Pour some olive oil, sprinkle salt, chat masala, red chilli powder.
Step 4
Toss well to mix all ingredients well.
Step 5
In a microwave safe plate, place all the masala coated potato slices.

Cook chips for 3-4 minutes or till potatoes turn crispy.
