- 1 Cup Shredded Chicken Breast
- 1 Thinly Sliced Celery or Lettuce
- 1 Thinly Sliced Carrot
- 1 Large Hard Boiled Egg Diced
- Pink Salt
- Seasonings As Per Taste
- 1 Tsp Sesame Seeds
- Low Fat Mayonnaise
- 4 Tsp Milk
- 3 Tsp Lemon Juice

- Take a salad bowl and add all the ingredients together.

- Mix them all and toss well, refrigerate for a while and then serve with red wine if you want.
