Ingredients

  • Bread slices
  • Bananas
  • Strawberries
  • 3/4 Cup Dark chocolate
  • 3 Tsp Cocoa powder
  • 3 Tsbp Butter
  • 2 Tsbp Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Cream
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate chips

Instructions

Step 1
In a pan, add heavy cream, cocoa powder, sugar and salt. Mix well and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
Step 2
Take another pan, add chocolate chips and dark chocolate pieces to it. Cook it for a few minutes.

Add the cream mixture to the melted chocolate and combine all the ingredients well.
Step 4
Now take a bread slice and spread butter on it. On another slice, spread the chocolate mixture. Top it with banana and strawberry slices.

Brush the bread slice with some butter on the top and then place it in a grill machine or a non-stick pan. Make sure the sandwich is well cooked from both the sides, golden and crisp. Serve with chopped fruits and chocolate sauce on the side.
