How To Make Chinese Style Maggi?
- In a pan, heat oil. Once hot, sauté chopped garlic and onion.
- Once the onions are slightly brown, add capsicum and saute.
- Then add maggi tastemaker on the top.
- After that, add salt, red chilly powder, vinegar, soya sauce and tomato ketchup. Mix well.
- After 3-5 minutes, add boiled maggi and mix well.
- Serve hot.
