  • 4 egg whites
  • 4 tsp chopped coriander
  • 4 slices of leavened whole wheat bread
  • 3 tsp oil
  • 3 onions
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 300 gms chicken tikka
  • 4 tsp oil
  • 3 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • Green chillies as per taste
  • Pinch of haldi


Step 1
Make chapatis as per your hunger level.
Step 2
Beat the chopped coriander and egg white together.
Step 3
Take a non stick pan and place the egg white and coriander dipped chapatis (do it one-by-one) in it, and let it be until the colour changes and then set aside.
Step 4
To make the chicken filling, cut the tikkas into pieces.
Step 5
Chop the onions into small pieces.
Step 6
Heat a pan with some oil in it and add the ginger garlic paste, onions, tomatoes, chillies and haldi.
Step 7
Saute for 2-3 minutes and then add the chicken pieces and pepper.
Step 8
Divide the mixture for your chapatis and spread in the middle in a straight line.

You can top it off with more onions, mayonnaise, chutney, mustard and whatever seasoning you love so much.

Roll and chomp away!
