Ingredients

  • 1 cup atta or wheat flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup cheese cubes
  • 1 tbsp jeera powder
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander
  • Water to knead the dough

Instructions

Step 1
Take wheat flour and water and start kneading a dough. Keep it aside.
Step 2
In a bowl, grate cheese cubes.
Step 3
Add salt, jeera powder and coriander leaves. (optional - you can add more spices depending on the choice of your kids)
Step 4
Using a rolling pin, roll a paratha and stuff it with the cheese filling.
Step 5
On a non-stick pan, place the paratha and cook it with little oil. Take off flame when golden and crispy.
