Ingredients

  • 4 Medium Blanched Florets Cauliflower
  • 1/4 Cup Grated Cheese
  • 3 Tbsp Pomegranate
  • 3 Tbsp Chopped Cashews
  • Some Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Ginger
  • 4 Tbsp Crumbled Khoya
  • Oil For Frying
  • 1 Tbsp Ajwain
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic
  • Salt To Taste
  • 350 Gms Besan
  • Water
  • Red Chilli Powder As Per Taste

Instructions

Step 1
Blanch the gobhi in hot water, salt and turmeric till it becomes a little soft.
Step 2
Mix the besan, ajwain, garlic, salt, red chilli and water to make the batter but do not make it too thick.
Step 3
In another bowl, mix together all that cheese, pomegranate, cashews, coriander leaves, ginger and khoya to make a gooey solution.
Step 4
Stuff the gobhi with this mixture in all the crevices you can see and then coat the florets in the batter.
Step 5
Deep fry till golden and serve.
