Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Ghee
  • 1/2 Cup Besan
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 Tsp Cardamom Powder
  • Dry Fruits For Garnish

Instructions

Step 1
Take a heavy bottom pan and add ghee.
Step 2
Next, add besan to it and fry till it turns golden brown.
Step 3
Now add water and milk and mix well till the two ingredients get well absorbed in the besan.

Add sugar and mix well.

Sprinkle cardamom powder and stir again.

Make sure you cook on low flame. When the ghee starts separating from the sides, top the halwa with your favourite dry fruits and serve.
