Ingredients

  • ¼ cup ghee
  • 1 ½ cup besan
  • ½ powdered sugar
  • ½ cup khoya
  • 1 tbsp rose water
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder
  • ¾ cup dried cranberry

Instructions

Step 1
In a pan, heat the ghee and add besan. Stir well.
Step 2
Add powdered sugar and mix well.
Step 3
Next add khoya, cardamom powder and rose water. Combine all the ingredients well.

Now add the dry cranberries and mix them well. Take off flame.

Take a tray or plate and grease with ghee.

Pour the besan and cranberry mixture and spread evenly.
