Ingredients

  • 2-4 Potatoes
  • 2 Finely Chopped Green Chillies
  • 2 Teaspoon Peanut Powder
  • Salt To Taste
  • ½ Teaspoon
  • ¼ Teaspoon Sugar
  • ½ Teaspoon Cumin
  • Oil To Cook

Instructions

Step 1
Begin by grating potatoes in bowl.
Step 2
Place a wok on stove and pour oil in it.
Step 3
Once it is hot, add cumin, and green chillies.
Step 4
Then add grated potatoes, salt, sugar and sauté well.
Step 5
Cover the wok with a lid and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Lastly add peanut powder and cook until the mixture changes colour.
Step 7
Turn the stove off once crispy. Your batata kess is ready to serve.
