Ingredients

  • Oil
  • 6 Dried Kashmiri Red Chilies
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 6 Garlic Cloves
  • 4 Eggs
  • ½ Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 Tsp Chat Masala
  • 2 Onions (Sliced)
  • 2 Green Chilies
  • Salt
  • ½ Tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • ½ Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • ½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Cheese
  • Few Coriander Leaves

Instructions

Step 1
Soak 5-6 kashmiri red chillies in hot water. Put these red chillies in a mixer along with tomatoes and garlic to make a paste.
Step 2
Take 4 eggs and beat them. Add black pepper powder and to the eggs. Mix well.
Step 3
Take a pan and heat some oil. After the oil is hot, add eggs and scramble it into small pieces. Keep frying eggs on high flame.
Step 4
Scrambled eggs are ready. Switch off the flame and take out the eggs onto a plate.
Step 5
In the same pan, heat oil and add onions. Cook onions till the colour changes to golden brown.
Step 6
Add green chillies and saute for 1 minute on medium flame. Add ginger garlic paste and saute. Add chilli paste and mix well. Add salt, garam masala powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and turmeric powder. Mix well on high flame.
Step 7
Add some water. After some time lower the flame and grate some cheese.
Step 8
Add the scrambled eggs and coriander leaves. Mix it all together.
Step 9
Close the lid and cook for 2 minutes on low flame. Anda angara is now ready to be served.
