Keto diet is creating a buzz all over these days. Keto or ketogenic diet is a low carb diet which is known to make you lose weight faster. Not only weight loss, but this diet has also proven to be really effective in preventing a lot of health issues. The carbs in keto diet are usually limited to only 20 to 50 grams a day. Keto is considered as a big challenge these days but it's not something you can't do. While some people actually follow the keto diet in the right way, many are confused about the right things that should be consumed while they are on this diet. Nutritionist Dr. Siddhant Bhargava shared the dos and don'ts of keto diet with us.

  • Don't consume Sugar

  • Don't starve yourself 

Do's Of Keto

  • Do consume enough fats
  • Do consume enough protein 
  • Do stay hydrated all day
  • Do consume electrolytes
  • Do exercise
