Anindita Deogharia lost over 30 kgs in a year defying all odds and attaining her dream physique. She worked hard for this, and she did it all while being a full-time mom. Her diet was the first thing she had to keep in check, avoiding all sweets and cravings. Then she later started taking a vegan diet and joined dance classes.
Anindita has become an inspiration for many fighting obesity, diabetes and PCOS, and who couldn't even think that such a transformation was possible even in others, let alone theirs. Here is her journey from fat to fit.
