Saumya Tandon and her husband Saurabh Devendra Singh became parents to a baby boy this January. For all those who don't know, Saumya married Saurabh in the year 2016. Saumya was on maternity leave for a few months from her show Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hain and all that while she was super active on her Instagram handle and kept sharing her pregnancy journey.
Recently, Saumya shared some more pictures on her Insta handle and she looks absolutely stunning. The actress has lost a lot of weight after pregnancy in less than 6 months and we wonder how!

Saumya's drastic transformation is really inspiring. She got back in shape and lost all her pregnancy weight so quickly. During her pregnancy phase, she kept a check on her workout routine and diet too. Saumya kept sharing her fitness videos with a baby bump on her Insta handle.
She also shared a video where she is posing in between the photoshoot. Saumya can be seen wearing a white off shoulder crop top with light blue denims. Have a look:
Saumya feels that exercising is very important and one should not skip it, no matter what. In an interview, she shared, “I am not advocating the aesthetics as much as I am advocating the real benefits of exercising. You should develop and strengthen your back and core muscles because you need that while holding your baby. I started with Pilates, as it is the best form to develop core strength. I am also doing aerial yoga for stretches, my aches and pains. It is also helping me with balancing and posture. I am working on my shoulder and arm strength.”
Saumya does a lot of ariel yoga and it is her secret to her weight loss. Do you know, a lot of celebs like Bipasha Basu, Malaika Arora also do aerial yoga to maintain their toned body. This form of yoga includes a lot of traditional yoga poses, pilates and dance.
