Sorghum or jowar is one of the most popular grains in the country. It has got immensely popular in the recent times because of its health benefits. Jowar flour is rich in protein. 100 grams of Jowar fuels our body with about 11 grams of protein. Jowar flour is also rich in iron, vitamins, minerals and micronutrients.
