    How To Make Protein Pancakes?

    Ingredients Required 

    • Chickpea Flour
    • Jowar Flour
    • Onion 
    • Coriander Leaves
    • Green Chilli
    • Mushroom
    • Salt As Per Taste
    • Water As Required

    Directions 

    • In a bowl, add chick pea flour, jowar flour, green chilli, coriander leaves and onion. 
    • Next add mushroom. 
    • Sprinkle salt as per taste. 
    • Add water as required. 
    • Mix all the ingredients well. 
    • On a hot tawa, spead some oil and pour a ladle full of protein pancake mix. 
    • Cook on both sides till golden and crisp.
    • Enjoy with hung curd and chutney mix.

    Chickpea Flour 

    Chickpea flour is high in fiber and protein and low in carbohydrates and calories. A cup of chickpea flour contains about 20 grams of protein. Not just that chickpea flour is a gluten-free, wheat-free substitute which makes it a better option than regular wheat flour or all purpose flour. 

    Jowar Flour

    Sorghum or jowar is one of the most popular grains in the country. It has got immensely popular in the recent times because of its health benefits. Jowar flour is rich in protein. 100 grams of Jowar fuels our body with about 11 grams of protein. Jowar flour is also rich in iron, vitamins, minerals and micronutrients.

    Mushrooms
