how to get rid of cheek pimples

It shouldn't come as a surprise that pimples tend to appear at irregular intervals given that they are every woman's most common skin problem: the day before an important job interview, shortly before a party you've been looking forward to, or immediately before the family photo shoot. Everybody has been there. Cheek pimples can be caused by hormonal changes, makeup, or touching your face. But while pimples are more complex than once thought, if we don’t treat them properly they keep on increasing. Here are some ways you can get rid of pimples on cheeks fast:-

1. Use A Good Cleanser

Good Cleanser

Make use of a gentle vegan cleanser. When washing your face, you should be careful to gently massage the cleanser into your skin before patting the skin dry. The goal is to clean the skin of dirt and excess oil without causing irritation or over-drying it. Don’t rub it too hard on your face and near the pimple area.

An article by bioClarity says that washing the face may sound simple but many are doing it wrong. Learn more about how to wash your face properly. When it comes to your skincare products, you want to use a cleanser and moisturiser that’s non-comedogenic (won’t clog your pores) and won’t irritate your skin. Natural skincare products that contain cucumber, green tea, and chamomile can clean, calm, and refresh the skin without irritating.

2. Use Aloe Vera

Use Aloe Vera

A tropical plant called aloe vera has leaves that produce a transparent gel. Aloe vera gel has been shown to help in eliminating bacteria, getting rid of pimples, reducing inflammation, and promoting wound healing when applied to the skin.

How To Use It:-

i) Scrape the gel out of the aloe leaves with a spoon.

ii) Apply the gel to your skin when you apply other pimple treatments. You may want to try mixing it with your other treatment, and then apply this to your skin.

iii) Repeat 1–2 times per day, or as desired

3. Tea Tree Oil

Tea Tree Oil

According to the National Centre for Complementary and Integrative Health, only a small amount of research has been conducted on the topical use of tea tree oil for health conditions, and a limited amount of research indicates that tea tree oil might be helpful for pimples, mentioned in an article by Healthline

Tea tree oil may be irritating to some skin types and should never be applied directly to the skin, so if you decide to give it a try, please use it carefully and always perform a test patch on your skin. You can explore with carrier oils and tea tree oil.

Apply Ice

Applying ice is the first step in soothing painful pimples. For 3 to 4 minutes at a time, place some ice against the inflamed area while it is wrapped in a cloth. Keep it in ice bag cooler pouches before wrapping them in cloth if the ice melts too soon. Repeat several times throughout the day.

5. Clean Up Your Makeup Process

Makeup Process

It can also be tempting to overuse makeup while you're trying to figure out how to get rid of cheek pimples. While doing so can temporarily cover the problem and improve your mood, if you're not careful, it might end up having the opposite effect. If you’re going to wear makeup to cover up cheek pimple, you should:

i) Always wash your face thoroughly before going to bed

ii) Clean your makeup brushes properly

iii) To prepare your skin for flawless makeup and to keep it hydrated all day, use a hydrating primer.
